For the last twenty years, I’ve specialized in trauma, postpartum, parenting, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), and military transitions. Race, gender, class, power, and how multiple identities intersect all inform the work. I work with you to add more tools to your toolkit and co-create small, impactful change. Humans are natural storytellers. I use the tools of narrative therapy to better understand our stories. I also use play, art, metaphor, and humor to access both our dark and silly places. Tools include writing, grounding, and storytelling. I enjoy working collaboratively and creatively. I also offer ADHD assessments, and I’m a certified surf therapist.
