I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC)

I’m currently seeing clients in Virginia and Washington, DC. I started my career in 2020 and have experience working with adolescents and adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, mood challenges, stress management, and substance use. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Missouri Western State University in my hometown of Saint Joseph, Missouri, and my Master’s degree in counselor education from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. In my practice, I use person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches, with the understanding that each person’s experiences are unique. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients, creating a personalized environment that feels comfortable and supportive. Building trusting relationships is central to my practice. I work to provide a safe, open, and collaborative space where clients can set and achieve meaningful goals.
