What's My Approach to Therapy?
I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in humanistic principles, reflecting my strong belief that therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, background, and experiences.
Understanding that no two people are alike, I integrate my humanistic foundation with evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches. This allows me to provide comprehensive and personalized support to my clients.
I am currently welcoming new clients and enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults of any age. I believe that everyone, whether new to therapy or with prior experience, deserves a dedicated space to be heard and supported through life’s various emotional and challenging stages. In my practice, I offer a nonjudgmental and supportive presence, recognizing that while everyone navigates difficulties, no one has to face them alone.
