My Approach to Therapy

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 2 years of experience supporting individuals managing anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), trauma, grief, and autism spectrum challenges in individual and group settings, as well as 8 years in the behavioral health field. I also have experience working with families seeking psychoeducation and support while navigating a family member's autism spectrum diagnosis.

My Practice & Services

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I use integrated, inclusive approaches, leaning into dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), strengths-based, and solution-oriented strategies, while also leaving room for what aligns most with your needs. I also make space for creativity, and I invite you to process in ways that feel safe for you. I’m passionate about helping you feel seen, heard, and supported as you take the first steps toward healing. I create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where you’re empowered to grow and thrive at your own pace. When you’re ready to begin, I welcome you to reach out and schedule an initial appointment.
