I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through depression, anxiety, and significant life changes. I am especially passionate about issues that impact women and LGBTQ+ folks, and strive to find points of connection with all my clients. I am experienced in multiple therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, narrative therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I love learning how people make sense of their experiences, and want to empower diverse individuals to meet their own, unique goals.
