You've been holding it together for a long time. Showing up for work, for your family, for everyone around you, while quietly carrying something heavy that you haven't had space to put down. Maybe you're not sure what's wrong, exactly. You just know that something has to change.
I'm Altaf, and I work with individuals who are ready to stop pushing through life and start actually understanding what's driving it. A lot of the clients I work with have never had a space where they could be fully honest, with no performance required and no need to appear strong or in control. That changes in our work together. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, identity, or the weight of expectations that have followed you your whole life, my role is to help you make sense of what you're carrying and figure out what you actually want your life to look like.
My approach is direct and supportive. I ask questions that go deeper than the surface, and I'll challenge you when it matters, always with respect for where you are and what you've already been through. I draw on evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches. I also focus on making sure our work is grounded in your cultural background and lived experience. You shouldn't have to explain yourself just to be understood.
If you're ready to stop just surviving and start building something that actually feels like yours, I'd be glad to be part of that process.
