I work with individuals, couples and families on communicating more effectively, feeling more confident and secure, and being more connected with each other. Together we can illuminate what's prevented you from the change you're looking for and can discover some new ways to approach these issues. Learning what's been holding you back and not allowing you to move forward out of anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck can be life changing. And, working towards building the relationship you want can be transformative.
