My Approach to Helping
For healing to take place, I make sure you feel safe and respected. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), including exploration of values and finding ways you can learn to live according to what is most important to you. I also use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused therapy to foster healing.
Starting a new journey can be intimidating, especially when looking for a therapist for the first time, or a new therapist.
