Im a mental health therapist providing individual therapy for teens and adults, offering both in-person and online sessions. I work with teens and adults who want a space where they can be real, feel understood and start to make sense of whats going on beneath the surface. Many of my clients come in for support with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship counseling and life transitions. Whether youre navigating a difficult relationship, feeling burned out, or just sensing that something is off, well work together at your pace to help you feel more grounded and in control. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and down-to-earth. I provide individual therapy using anxiety treatment cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), along with a person-centered and strengths-based perspective. Im not here to judge or fix you. Im here to understand you. In our work together, Ill help you explore patterns, build insight and develop coping skills you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
