What's My Approach to Therapy?

You're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in patterns of overthinking. Maybe relationships feel hard, or you're finding it difficult to set boundaries with family and friends. If this sounds like you, I'm so glad you're here. Whether it's due to anxiety, relationships, past experiences, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), motherhood, or work stress, I can help you explore the fears, the doubts, and the desires to create a deeper sense of harmony within yourself. I specialize in supporting millennial adults experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. By creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, I help clients identify and connect with their inner parts, helping them heal past wounds, resolve internal conflicts, and strengthen their sense of self. Through this process (internal family systems therapy), clients can cultivate deeper self-awareness, foster self-compassion, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. Deep emotional processing requires a strong foundation built on trust and the nurturing of a genuine relationship. As a relational therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of healing, as it is through connection and trust that true growth can bloom. Know that wherever you are in the process, I will meet you there.
