What's My Approach to Therapy?
Hi, I am so glad you're here! I know if you are reading this, you are most likely looking for guidance and help for yourself or someone you love. I support adults in all stages of life who are curious about healing known wounds and discovering aspects of themselves they haven’t yet had space to explore. In our work together, you’ll gain tools for understanding your reactions, soothing your nervous system, and building self-trust. My goal isn’t to “fix” you; it’s to help you reconnect with the strength, wisdom, and clarity you already have.
I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) with an attachment lens. I support clients who are navigating substance use, trauma, relationship patterns, identity shifts, and the messy, complicated nature of being human.
