My Approach to Therapy
If you're here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Maybe your mind feels constantly busy, you struggle with focus or follow through, or you find yourself overthinking every decision. You might be hard on yourself, wondering why things feel harder than they "should," or noticing how past experiences still shape your relationships, self-worth, and daily life.
You don't have to sort through this alone. I help adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma in a way that feels supportive, practical, and genuinely human.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded. I show up intuitively and directly when it's helpful. Together, we slow things down so you can understand what's happening beneath the surface, while also building tools to manage overwhelm, improve executive functioning, regulate emotions, and feel more steady and grounded day to day.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, but I focus on you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged.
Over time, our work can help you understand yourself more clearly, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and create a life that feels more manageable, connected, and aligned with who you want to be.
My Practice & Services
My practice is fully virtual, giving you the flexibility to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. I work with adults across Massachusetts and offer individual therapy that's tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
I value creating a space that feels consistent, supportive, and grounding. Sessions are collaborative and move at a rhythm that feels manageable for you, while still encouraging growth, insight, and meaningful change.
If you're looking for therapy that's both practical and deeper in nature, where you can build skills, understand yourself more fully, and feel genuinely supported, this may be a good fit
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Starting therapy can feel confusing, especially if you're not sure what you need or what the process is supposed to look like. My role is to help you slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and move at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that are getting in the way, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, focused, and in control.
Therapy isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating space to understand yourself more fully, shift long standing patterns, and make meaningful, lasting change with guidance and support.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
It's completely normal to feel unsure about starting therapy. Many people reach out because something isn't working anymore, but they're not exactly sure what they need or where to begin. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or carrying experiences you've had to manage on your own for a long time.
Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start, we can navigate it together.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
If you've had a difficult or unhelpful experience in therapy before, it makes sense to feel hesitant about trying again. Many people come to me feeling unheard, rushed, or misunderstood in past therapeutic relationships.
My approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and respect for your pace. We'll take time to understand what didn't feel right before and create a space where you feel supported, safe, and genuinely seen. Therapy should feel like a partnership, one where your voice matters and your experiences are met with care.
Together, we can rebuild trust in the process and move toward the change you've been hoping for.
