My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are. I use a mix of person-centered, positive psychology, and solution-focused approaches, depending on what you need. I work in a very collaborative way because I truly believe you bring a lot of strength and insight to the table. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and how you can move forward in a way that feels right for you. I’m here to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where we can dig into the real stuff and work toward meaningful growth together.
