Hello! My goal as your therapist is to create a space that feels safe and supportive. Whether you are having a particular difficulty with worry, feeling down, family concerns, or just need a safe space to show up once a week, I’m here to provide support in a way that specifically meets your needs. I believe that connection and trust are foundational aspects of a therapeutic relationship, and I will prioritize getting to know you as a full person instead of a list of symptoms.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I can understand how everyone’s life and experiences are unique. I have experience working within the community, and am particularly passionate about supporting you in wherever you are in your journey of identity and self-discovery.
