My Approach to Helping
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. My role is to walk alongside you—not to judge or “fix” you, but to help you uncover your strengths, heal old wounds, and create lasting change. I work with people who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing, anxiety, or painful relationship patterns, and together we build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I draw from approaches that focus on self-awareness, boundaries, and resilience, while also tailoring each session to your unique needs. You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy—we’ll work together at your pace, with compassion and curiosity guiding the process. My goal is for you to feel more grounded, confident, and free to live a life that truly reflects who you are.
