WORTH IT was created as a place where you can find therapists who “get it.” At WORTH IT, we strive to create real connections and foster a safe space where people can learn lasting skills to heal and grow. Our group of therapists is highly trained, and each one specializes in therapy modalities they are passionate about. Successful therapy requires hard work and trusting your therapist. WORTH IT will help you facilitate both. We work to create an environment where you feel safe and comfortable the moment you begin working with us. We specialize in trauma, sex and intimacy, relationships, body movement, brainspotting, neurofeedback, and numerous techniques to help and support you through your life transitions and challenges. When you come to our office, we are able to completely limit distractions. You can enjoy our luxurious, quiet and comfortable office space. You’ll have peace of mind.

Aimee is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Gottman Certified to Level 3, offers Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, Seeking Safety, and specializes in grief, trauma, loss, relationships, sex, and intimacy.

Therapy is like exercise. Do you wait until your cholesterol is through the roof before you make diet changes and or hit the gym, or would it be a good idea to do some preemptive, preventative work? Our favorite couples are the ones coming in when they are healthy and want to invest in what's important to them. By the time you need it, it may be more work to make the necessary changes.
