My Approach to Therapy

As a young minority woman and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I know how important it is to feel understood and comfortable with your provider, and I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can fully be themselves. Hi, I'm Agnelyne Ndifor, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with experience in emergency and outpatient psychiatric care. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), trauma, mood challenges, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are looking for a safe space to feel heard without judgment, learn to manage their emotions, and regain balance and confidence. As a young Black woman and minority provider, I understand the importance of culturally sensitive care, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves.

My Practice & Services

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I combine evidence-based treatment, medication management, psychoeducation, and therapeutic techniques to help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I understand reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Healing and growth take time, and I believe everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or looking for guidance, I look forward to walking alongside you toward healing and wellness.
