I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Spring Hill, Florida. I am licensed in several states, and I conduct telehealth counseling across those states. I work with adults and young adults, and I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictions, and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help my clients learn skills to make the changes they need in their lives.

My communication style is calm, easy-going but thoughtful. I want my clients to know and feel heard and free to talk to me about anything that may be affecting them. I help my clients feel relaxed and accepted.
