I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering telehealth therapy to the people of Virginia. In the past two years, I have transitioned from an office to solely telehealth, and I have found telehealth to be just as personal and effective as in-person. I am an anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma specialist who uses evidence-based treatment to get you the best outcomes.
