My Approach to Therapy

The clients I work with often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, andor addiction, and feel trapped in painful emotional patterns. They seek relief, clarity, and a safe space to heal. They aim to manage intolerable emotions, break harmful cycles, and rebuild self-worth. They want to live authentically and create meaningful connections. Deep down, they are searching for peace, resilience, and a sense of control to reclaim a life that feels whole and fulfilling. They yearn for a sense of peace, emotional balance, and a way they can pursue their passions and dreams without being held back by fear or shame. I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to healing, specializing in trauma therapy, addiction, and holistic well-being. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I use the latest treatment methods to help you process past wounds, overcome addiction, and achieve lasting balance and empowerment in your life. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face anxiety, depression, trauma, andor addiction alone. You do not have to navigate this journey by yourself. I am here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow. If you are ready to take the first step, I would be honored to work with you in finding the peace and strength you deserve.

My Practice & Services

At Intermission Therapies, we believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. Our home like environment is intentionally designed to offer more than just therapy; it provides a sense of calm, familiarity, and belonging that can make it easier to open up and begin meaningful work. We take a systems-based, holistic approach to care, recognizing that your experiences are shaped by many interconnected parts of your life. Rather than focusing on just one concern, we meet you where you are and explore the full picture: relationships, environment, past experiences, and current stressors to better understand what is contributing to your distress and where opportunities for healing exist. Grounded in the latest neuroscience-informed treatment modalities, our work is both compassionate and evidence based. We aim to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting change in a way that feels supportive and tailored to your unique needs.
