I work with women and teen girls who are tired of people-pleasing, self-doubt, and running on empty. In our work together, we’ll gently untangle the patterns that keep you stuck—overthinking, perfectionism, guilt, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.” My approach is collaborative and practical. I use evidence-based tools to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while also making space to explore the deeper roots of these patterns. You won’t just vent—we’ll build skills, strengthen boundaries, and work toward real, sustainable change. Therapy with me is supportive, down-to-earth, and honest. You don’t have to perform here. You get to show up as you are.

I offer individual therapy sessions both in person and virtually for clients in North Carolina. My practice is designed to feel approachable and supportive while still providing structured, evidence-based care. We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. If we move forward, you’ll receive access to a secure client portal to complete paperwork, schedule sessions, and communicate between appointments.
