What's My Approach to Therapy?
You might look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside, you’re exhausted. You replay conversations, overthink decisions, struggle to say no, and feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions. You’re capable and dependable, yet quietly anxious and burned out.
I work with women and teen girls who are tired of people-pleasing, self-doubt, and running on empty. In our work together, we’ll gently untangle the patterns that keep you stuck—overthinking, perfectionism, guilt, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.”
My approach is collaborative and practical. I use evidence-based tools to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while also making space to explore the deeper roots of these patterns. You won’t just vent—we’ll build skills, strengthen boundaries, and work toward real, sustainable change.
Therapy with me is supportive, down-to-earth, and honest. You don’t have to perform here. You get to show up as you are.
