What's My Approach to Therapy?

I’m here to meet you where you are and support you to move forward, as you’re ready. We can talk about ways for you to live fully by your own values, process how past experiences have shaped your present life, and hold space as you go through big changes and life transitions. In my therapy approach, I'm very direct and honest, empathetic, curious, and like to use our sense of humor to connect. I help people build an awareness of the present moment, figure out what's important to them, and learn how feelings, sensations, thoughts, and behaviors are all connected. I'm particularly interested in working with people who are in grief, in the LGBTQIA community, or going through big life transitions. As a clinical addictions specialist, I support people with problematic substance use, as well as provide support to people who want to spend less time on screens, video games, social media, and the internet. If you think we could be a good fit, please reach out! I look forward to connecting with you.
