My Approach to Therapy

I help women feel secure in love and marriage. If you’re struggling with dating, feeling anxious, attracting unavailable partners, or wanting to feel more secure in your partnership, I’m your therapist. I have helped hundreds of women and have a decade of experience helping women ease anxiety and feel confident. My expertise lies at the intersection of women’s mental health and socialization, reproductive health, and attachment. I integrate attachment-based Internal Family Systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and nervous system regulation, helping you replace exhausting cycles of overanalysis and fear of abandonment with measurable emotional resilience.
