My Approach to Helping
I believe that each client has their own unique lens through which they view the world. Each of us offers our own understanding of events and sometimes these understandings can get us tied up in our thoughts. I seek to understand your point of view and how this has impacted your mental health as we work together to make change in your life. I will help you understand more about any mental health diagnosis you may have questions about and I try to do so in a way that creates insight and meaning for you. It is my hope that you will grow in your understanding of yourself and will be able to improve your mental health.
