What's My Approach to Therapy?

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and substance use concerns. Together, we explore patterns, build coping skills, and identify meaningful goals that support emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them move toward healing, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in their lives.

My Practice & Services

My practice provides individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. Sessions are conducted through a supportive, collaborative process focused on helping clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives. I have experience working in community mental health, substance use treatment programs, and correctional behavioral health settings, which has given me a broad understanding of the challenges individuals face during recovery and life transitions. I welcome clients who are seeking support for stress, relationship concerns, grief, or personal growth. Appointments are offered through telehealth, allowing clients to access care from the comfort and privacy of their own space. My goal is to create a respectful, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward improved emotional well-being.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love that therapy is truly a partnership. It?s a journey where we explore new possibilities, work through challenges, and support growth along the way. Watching someone discover their strength and move toward living a more fulfilling life is one of the most meaningful parts of this work. If you feel we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Many people worry that going to therapy means they?re weak or broken, but that isn?t true. It simply means you?re willing to invest in yourself and your well-being. Therapy is a space to explore what?s going on in your life and find healthier ways to move forward. If you feel we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
