I am a licensed associate professional counselor in Georgia with 2 years of experience. My background includes working in both college settings and private practice with diverse clients, focusing on grief, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive compulsion (OCD), sexual identity, family issues, domestic violence, and gender identity. I work with clients 18 and older to create a safe and supportive environment where they can process emotions, gain clarity, and move toward their personal goals.

I earned my Master's in Counseling Education from Georgia Southern University and am a National Certified Counselor. I use acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients explore values, face uncomfortable feelings, and build meaningful lives.
