My Approach to Helping
I believe that above all it is the quality and depth of trust, safety and attentive connection that makes the difference in therapy. I believe that only once these conditions can be established can real growth and improvement come in therapy. I believe that good therapy is like clearing a garden that has been overrun. Usually the beauty, strength and capacity for change is already there but has become obscured. There is nothing wrong with you that cannot be fixed by what is right with you.
