No group practice, no rotating associates — when you work with me, you get me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Behavior Specialist (BSL), and National Certified Counselor (NCC), licensed in Pennsylvania and registered as a telehealth provider in Florida and South Carolina. I specialize in Therapy Intensives — extended 3-hour sessions for when weekly therapy isn't moving fast enough. I also offer individual therapy in Pennsylvania, Florida, and South Carolina for those who want consistent weekly support. I built this practice because I've been the burned out high-achiever, the people-pleaser who mistook self-abandonment for love, and the client who left sessions feeling unseen. So I built the practice I always wished existed. I am Level 2 certified in Unified Protocol Therapy. I am currently completing EMDR Basic Training and will begin a TF-EMDR apprenticeship following advanced training in June 2026. I integrate techniques and strategies from multiple modalities based on what actually fits each client. I am not formally certified in all approaches listed, but have received training in the techniques I use.
