Hey I'm Kay (she & they)~ A Queer, Korean american, neurodivergent therapist offering virtual sessions for adults in Atlanta and across Georgia.
My Approach:
- I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming, neuro-affirming, and nonmonogamy-affirming therapist.
- I especially welcome autistic and ADHD adults.
- I’m trained in integrative somatic trauma therapy, which brings together relational, parts-based (IFS-informed), and body-based approaches, always based on your capacity and consent.
- I practice with an emphasis on clear communication and thoughtful pacing.
- I believe in healing through connection: to oneself, to community, and to the body.
Who I Work Best With:
- I work best with clients who are reflecting on how trauma, marginalization, or chronic stress have shaped their sense of self and nervous system, and who are ready to explore new ways of relating to their bodies.
What Therapy With Me Is Like:
- Therapy with me is active and collaborative.
- We work together to find structure that supports you both in sessions and between them.
- We draw from somatic skills like awareness-building and body-based regulation tools, and build accessibility supports that fit your brain and body.
- I’m transparent about goals, pacing, and boundaries so therapy feels grounded, predictable, and supportive.
Availability:
- I currently offer both sliding scale and reduced fee sessions. My sliding scale is $100-$150, and the reduced fee is available on Open Path Collective between $60-$70.
