This is an ongoing group for adults with family of origin issues. We offer embodied work around healing what you got and didn't want and what you wanted but didn't get. We use a variety of techniques to help individuals to heal and thrive.

How to Register

Please contact me for information. We do require folks to establish a safe connection with one of the therapists and to have access to a healthy adult ego state. This requires at least 6 months of individual therapy with one of us.
