There is no better way to learn mindfulness and MBCT than to experience it for yourself. Dr. Richard Sears has the expertise to immerse you in these concepts and skills to improve your clinical work as well as your own self-care. Dr. Richard Sears shares his wisdom and experience by providing a complete 12-week course of MBCT. Teresa Giammella-deboer, LMHC, LMFT and mindfulness expert Dr. Richard Sears is now offering online training mindfulness courses based on professionally research program of Mindfulness-Based Stress reduction by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Please note that these are educational courses only, and while they are designed to develop important skills for dealing with stress and other significant life changes, they are not intended to serve as psychotherapy.
