The Objectives: * Understand the characteristics of the relationship and how to protect yourself * Learn how to deal with a Narcissist: The ONLY method that will work!! * Learn how to break the vicious cycle of abuse and regain control * Learn about the various types of Narcissism and how to spot the difference * Learn the signs, effects and how to recover from a narcissistic relationship Narcissistic abuse is one of the worse types of psychological abuse that one person can do to another, but unfortunately, many people are stuck in these types of relationships. Common themes with members of this group are: You have a caregiver's nature and a strong need to help others; You have a compassionate, empathetic disposition; You are lonely and feel a desperate need to find love; you avoid conflict and confrontation. You are a resilient individual, such as childhood abuse survivors; you are able to withstand an enormous amount of pain without giving up.
