Description
Girls -N- Power is a 6-week dance/movement therapy group beginning July 2019. The group is designed for girls ages 14-17 with goals to explore coping skills for anxiety, stress, and depression and to increase interpersonal skills. This group will be a combination of traditional verbal therapy as well as dance/movement therapy, which is a form of creative art therapy that allows clients the opportunity for creative self-expression through movement. It also provides opportunities for interpersonal connection through play and movement games, facilitated by Allie Linn, MA, R-DMT. Call or email today for more information!
