Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) A Skills Learning Group. Do you struggle with feeling overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you wish that you could communicate more effectively, set firmer boundaries, and be heard by others in your life? Do you often feel like your life is in crisis? Do you feel out of control with your emotions? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy that has been proven to help. Through this group, you will learn mindfulness skills, move toward more satisfying relationships, learn to better manage emotions and stress, and solve problems in a warm, supportive setting
