She is a certified Grief Recovery Specialists and currently is exploring the bodies power to release trauma through yoga. Heidi's decade of work as a counselor has provided her with practical experience and a vast knowledge of therapeutic interventions. Her inner creativity comes out in her office while doing trainings and individual work with her client's. She takes a kind, straight forward, respectful approach as she helps her clients transform, heal and recover.
