My next 10-weeks, men's group begins on September 23, 2019. It lasts from 715-830 at my Midtown Sacramento office. In the group, 7 men discuss issues like parenting, relationships, work stresses, and balancing everything out, without the pressures of outside influences (e.g. spouses, etc.) Although the topics are serious, most of the time the men are relaxed and focused on supporting other men. I've found that the men tend to let-go of the ways they "need to be" in the outside world and just relax and discuss. If you're interested, drop me a ine.
