Executive Director. Sally received her Master’s of Education in Community Counseling from Delta State University’s CACREP accredited program. Sally is also an Educational Specialist in Counselor Education and Supervision. She has completed parts 1 and 2 of the EMDR basic training and has completed two different EMDR advanced practice workshops. Sally began her career as a primary therapist in adolescent residential treatment. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and she has spent most of her career working in residential treatment settings.
Stables Program Manager. Brandy received her B.S. in Sociology from Berea College and M.S. in Business and Organizational Management from Bethel University. Brandy began her career serving Appalachian distressed communities as a counselor for the Tennessee Department of Health . She also served as the director of Newport City Animal Shelter Operations. She enjoys the opportunity to combine her love of animals as an integral part of the overall nurturing and healing environment. The human/animal bond is a truly amazing relationship. Brandy is Certified in Animal Assisted Therapy, Veterinary Technology, and a member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians.
Assistant Program Director. During her college career, Lynne discovered her love for service when she served as President of Alpha Phi Omega, a community service fraternity. Lynne went on to begin her career in mental health by working as a program counselor at Peninsula Hospital, a psychiatric inpatient facility. She then attended East Tennessee State University to obtain her Master in Counseling with a concentration in community agency. During her graduate career, Lynne served as President of the Chi Sigma Iota, National Counseling Honors Society. Lynne also completed her practicum and internships in the ETSU Counseling Center, the Crisis Stabilization Unity and Magnolia Ridge, a drug and alcohol treatment facility. Lynne also worked as a Program Counselor at Cornerstone of Recovery during her graduate career to support her education and gain further firsthand experience. After completing her education, Lynne went on to become the Program Therapist of Women In Treatment, a grant based IOP program for women with co-occurring disorders. Lynne joined the Pasadena Villa team in May of 2015 and has thoroughly enjoyed and valued her work with our organization. She officially became the Assistant Program Director at Smoky Mountain Lodge in February, 2017.
