About Our Center

Pasadena Villa's outpatient treatment center opened in 2017 and is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program is designed to provide a daily structured program of outpatient psychiatric services for individuals who do not require 24-hour inpatient care or have recently been discharged from the hospital and need continued daily treatment due to acute psychiatric symptoms.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program meets for three hours or more three days a week. IOP allows individuals who are experiencing emerging mental health issues to gain a solid foundation before stepping down into traditional outpatient services or provide the added support when current treatment is not frequent enough to foster meaningful improvement.

Directed by our lead psychiatrist, programming for both levels include psychotherapy, process group therapy, didactic group therapies, experiential therapeutic activities, expressive arts therapy, and social integration activities. Our psychotherapy groups are conducted by master's level, licensed mental health professionals, and are grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and expressive arts therapy with additional modalities used to meet the goals of the participating individuals.
