About Our Center

At Evolve, we specialize in treating teens who have difficulty regulating emotions, are engaging in high-risk or self-harm behaviors, or are suffering from suicidal ideation. Many of our teens struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, ODD, ADHD, or other issues. Our team of experienced and highly qualified licensed clinical and medical professionals provide treatment that addresses teens’ physical, psychological, emotional, and educational development. We offer a full continuum of care including Residential (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP). Our evidence-based treatments include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), addiction recovery, and family therapy. We also offer experiential activities such as art, drama, yoga, music, equine therapy, surfing, gardening, and more. Through individual and group therapy, we teach our teens the skills needed for distress tolerance and improved impulse control. Our goal is to empower teens to live healthy and productive lives.

To ensure that Evolve is a clinically appropriate option for your child, we offer a variety of psychoeducational support, as well as psychological testing, assessment and referral services. Prior to admission into our programs, we invite families to come tour our facilities and receive a free assessment to determine which level of care is needed for their teen.

Residential Treatment Center (RTC):
Evolve RTC supports teens who's live's have become unmanageable due to mental health, addiction and/or behavioral issues.
At the residential level of care, teens live on-site with 24-hour support, care, and supervision. Each week, clients receive three individual therapy sessions, two family therapy session, and one psychiatry session, in addition to daily group sessions. Evolve teen residential treatment centers harness the positive power of the family dynamic by creating treatment centers that look and feel like homes. They’re small, serene, and quiet, with never more than six teens at a time in any one residential center. Every resident feels like they’re in a personal, individualized recovery center designed to meet their specific therapeutic needs.
We treat adolescents from all over the country because our CARF- and Joint Commission-accredited treatment programs offer a level of excellence in clinical care that is hard to find in many states.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP):
Evolve PHP supports teens who live at home but struggle to maintain balance due to mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. The PHP level of care provides clients with a full day of programming, five days a week. Each week, clients receive two individual therapy sessions, one family therapy session, and one psychiatry session, in addition to daily group sessions and academic support. Evolve PHP provides a seamless transition as a step down from residential or inpatient treatment and may be appropriate for those who need a higher level of care than Intensive Outpatient treatment provides.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
Evolve IOP supports teens who live at home and attend school but need additional treatment for mental health, substance abuse, and/or behavioral issues. The IOP level of care provides clients with a minimum of three hours of programming several days per week, depending on the client’s individual needs. At this level of care, teens receive daily group sessions in addition to one individual therapy session, one family therapy session, and one psychiatry session each week. Evolve IOP may be appropriate for those transitioning down from a partial hospitalization program (PHP) or for those who need more structure than weekly psychotherapy.
