More Info

Centennial Peaks Hospital offers many customized intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) if you or a loved one do not require 24-hour care. You can join these programs directly or step-down from in-patient care.

About Our Center

Participants can decide, with guidance from the treatment team which program is most appropriate. We have a substance use program, a DBT specific track, a Women’s trauma group, a transitional aged youth program, and an adolescent program. Many patients seeking outpatient care may not meet criteria for inpatient hospitalization, but have mental health issues that make it difficult to work, relax, and participate in healthy relationships with family and friends. Our outpatient programs allow the patients to work and live at home while learning life skills that can empower them to take control of their lives. We determine the needs of each patient through a complimentary, confidential assessment, but typical treatment plans consist of up to 20 sessions. Most patients will attend group therapy nine hours each week. Both day and evening tracks are available for patients that need the flexibility. We take admissions 24/7, by appointment or, if necessary, walk-in appointments are available. Our trained mental health professionals can provide a complementary assessment and refer you to resources if we are not a good fit.
