About me: I am a clinically trained, Master's Level Clinician. I utilize a combination of traditional psychotherapy with clinical hypnotherapy. Working with you using brainwave science, combined with therapeutic skills, can help you heal the issues that are preventing you from living and loving fully. And, very importantly, change the neural pathways in your brain!
My next Anxiety Support Group begins Wednesday, September 12th, 2018, at 6 pm in my office.
Join Zoe in a safe, supportive, and confidential small group offering both emotional support and practical skills that can help you relax and focus. You will learn and practice tools that can help you: you will become aware of where anxiety 'lives in your body'; learn and practice T.R.E. ( trauma release); practice mindfulness; learn E.F.T. ( Emotional Freedom Technique or "Tapping') and more. There will be ample chance to share and learn from others. Check for more information on this group and register at my website.
