My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-sensitive, and affirming of the intersection of our wider social structures on identity and lived experience. I take a holistic perspective in understanding the mind-body connection and, when useful, may integrate components of breathwork, yoga, meditation, andor expressive arts into our work together.
I know that the reason you are seeking therapy is only one part of your story and it is my intention to hold a safe space for you to bring all parts of yourself into the room. If you have any questions, I invite you to book a free 15-minute phone consultation to see whether I am the right person to support you on your journey.

My Therapy Focus
Our past experiences often shape our ways of engaging in the present and I am passionate about supporting people to explore these experiences from a place of compassion and non-judgment. I work with individuals and families who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, gain insight from their emotions, and deepen their connection within their most important relationships. I believe that each person holds the answers within themselves and through our work together, I will support you in building on your unique inner resources to make meaningful changes in your life.
