My Approach to Helping
Feeling better and finding a balance in your relationships is achievable. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and respectful therapeutic environment to support clients in whatever changes or challenges happen in their life. I believe that each person is capable of many strengths and my goal is to help empower these strengths.
Once we are able to identify your thoughts, feelings and behaviors we will be able to gain a deeper understanding of how they affect us as an individual. Learning coping skills can help build the self-confidence one needs when facing changes and challenges in life.
I work with new mothers, adults, and adolescents and will meet the client where they are based on their individual needs. I know firsthand that finding happiness after life’s challenges is possible!
