I use an eclectic approach, utilizing "talk therapy" modalities as well as incorporating expressive art therapies for individuals still looking to find the words or to reclaim control of their bodies and lives. I am an interactive, non-judgmental, down-to-earth, and empathic therapist who believes that your experiences, however painful or chaotic, are worthy of being paid attention to. I can assist you in finding expression and healing and reclaiming your true self and life.

My role as a therapist is to bear witness to your story, maintain a safe space for you, help you to put together and understand your narrative, and help you develop the tools you will need to walk away with a sense of control over your experiences, decisions, and life.
