If you are not feeling like yourself or are not meeting your personal standards in life, I encourage you to reach out. My style could be described as empathic, collaborative, investigative, and down to earth.

I believe that a good match between therapist and client is essential to having the desired outcome. This is why I offer a free initial session to begin the process of getting to know each other. This initial meeting becomes a paid session if we decide to continue.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help
Therapy works best when you are honest about your thoughts and feelings, even the ones you inhibit but there is no pressure or demand that anything is shared before YOU are comfortable. All you need to do is come as you are.
