My Approach to Helping
Life is full of stressors. Stress can come from family, work, friends, relationships or internal stressors. I work with individuals and couples who experience sexrelationship issues, depression, stress, anxiety, or personalinterpersonal difficulties. My approach is eclectic, depending on the needs of the client. We can work together to build new behaviors, routines, and ways of thinking to better deal with life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a welcoming, warm, and empathetic space in order to help my clients develop healthy feelings of hope, happiness, and sense of fulfillment.
