My Approach to Helping
Hello, potential clients! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Sacramento, CA. My naturally altruistic personality has led me to a career I love. Whether you are experiencing difficulty understanding and experiencing your emotions or if you simply don't understand why you are seeking help and would like help defining your need, kudos to you for taking the first step to seek support. I have experience in facilitating positive change and helping clients discover and live in their authentic selves. It is amazing how this form of support alleviates symptoms perpetuated by anxiety, depression, anger, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, gender, sexual preferences, racial tensions, life stage changes, and other stressors. It is very important for me that we develop a positive therapeutic relationship on a strong foundation rooted in honesty and trust. I advocate for self-empowerment within my clients, helping them discover the power, strength, and control they hold within themselves.
