My philosophy and approach to helping people in: overcoming misery/environmental stressors; resolving the core conflicts that contribute to the emergence of anger-control problems or negative feelings; reducing stress; developing and implementing effective coping skills; stabilizing the anxiety /depression level while increasing the ability to functioning on a daily basis; interact with the world without excessive fear, worry, or anxiety; and improving communication skills, social skills, assertiveness skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution. I would like to assist the my clients in fostering positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
