I assist clients to feel heard and valued for their ongoing struggles and needs in a nurturing atmosphere. I help clients review their family history and experiences, process their perceptions, and develop treatment plans for recovery and solutions.
I support clients in becoming aware of obstacles to using their resources and finding alternative ways to be happier as they become free from anxiety, depression, frustration, confusion, and so on.
