My Approach to Helping
You don’t have to let anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related stress, relationships, or anything else keep you from moving toward your goals and the life you want. We all have different lived experiences, but regardless of your current stage in life, you are worthy of living your life to the fullest. I received my MA in counseling from Northwestern University where I was trained in psychodynamic therapy (a common form of talk therapy). However, I am also a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I specialize in life transitions and know that any change, positive or not, can at times be difficult.
